The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan granted preliminary approval of a class action settlement, and appointed Greenwald Davidson PLLC as Class Counsel, in Donnelly v. EquityExperts.org, LLC, for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. The deadline for objections and exclusions is November 26, 2014.
