November 11, 2020
On November 10, 2020, Greenwald Davidson Radbil PLLC filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio against Luxottica of America, Inc. regarding a data breach involving Luxottica's network of eyecare facilities, including Pearle Vision, LensCrafters, and EyeMed Vision Insurance. The data breach affected Luxottica's web-based appointment scheduling platform that is used by its patients to schedule appointments online or over the phone.
